• Investment Strategy: Develop, implement, and manage the investment strategy in alignment with the company's financial objectives and regulatory requirements.
• Portfolio Management: Oversee the company’s investment portfolio, making adjustments to asset allocations and securities based on market conditions.
• Risk Management: Identify, assess, and mitigate investment risks while ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
• Market Analysis: Conduct in-depth research on economic trends, financial markets, and investment opportunities to guide informed decision-making.
• Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of investment professionals, providing direction, training, and development opportunities.
• Stakeholder Communication: Regularly communicate investment performance, strategies, and risks to stakeholders, including the board of directors and regulatory bodies.
