∎ Master degree in any discipline from a reputed university having no Third Class/Division/Equivalent GPA/CGPA in the Academic records. Educational qualification may be relaxed in case of deserving candidate
∎ Professional degree of CIA/CA/CMA is preferable

∎ Job Grade: VP/SVP. Job grade will be offered on the basis of experience & competency level of the selected candidate
∎ Category of Emplacement: Permanent & Full-time
∎ Job Location: IFIL Head Office, Dhaka
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Lead internal control & compliance team and monitor their activities while actively participating in the audit & inspection of various departments, divisions and branches of IFIL
∎ Conduct Internal Audit, Surprise Audit and Inspection on Branches & various Divisions of Head Office on regular basis as per annual audit plan.
∎ Guide & Supervise to prepare & update audit programs
∎ Draft & finalize audit reports, summary reports, conducting closing meeting, rating, etc.
∎ Ensure corrective measures of post-audit activities of concerned areas
∎ Report on time to Regulatory Body as per its requirements
∎ Perform other audit, control & compliance activities as assigned by Management
Additional Requirements:
∎ Minimum 10-12 years working experience along with 4/5 years of ICCD experience in Bank/NBFI
∎ IT Savvy with MS Word, MS Excel & MS PowerPoint
∎ Knowledge of relevant laws and regulations of regulatory bodies
∎ Knowledge on products and operations of non-bank financial institutions
∎ Ability to analyze and assess to the organization's internal control & compliance system
∎ Written & verbal communication skills in both English & Bangla
∎ Ability to work under pressure
