Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor degree in any discipline
∎ Masters in any discipline preferably MBA with good academic record will be given preference. (No 3rd division or equivalent is acceptable at any level of education)
∎ Professional Qualification/ Certification: - Candidates having certification like ACAMS/ ACFCS/ ACA/ FCA/ ACMA/ FCMA/ ACCA/ CFA/ CA/ CIMA/ CMA/ CMA etc. will be given preference.

∎ At least 15 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Banking, Head of Audit
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop annually a risk-based internal audit plan for Audit Committee review and approval.
∎ Perform organization-wise risk assessments to identify significant risks or exposure related to internal controls or compliance with Bank's policies and procedures, laws and regulations.
∎ Ensure methodical documentation of work plans, audit results, conclusions and recommendations.
∎ Provide assistance with investigations, special audits, and provide subject-matter expertise as needed.
∎ Provide feedback and recommendations on business risks and improving operational efficiencies and processes where appropriate.
∎ Coordinate and assist with the preparation for Audit Committee meeting.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 55 years
∎ At least 15 years in banking out of which 5 years' as Head of Internal Audit.
∎
∎ Candidates applied earlier for the same position do not need to apply.
∎ Must be capable of assessing the business as well as control risks of branches/divisions.
∎ Must have sound knowledge on core risks in banking specially Credit/Foreign Exchange Operation.
∎ Must be able to prepare standard report on audit/inspection independently.
∎ Must have strong communication skills.
