Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Monitor and post all operational entries for Visa, UnionPay, and other payment systems.
∎ Verify and process daily settlement files provided by the payment networks.
∎ Perform daily reconciliation of card transactions (on-us and off-us) for ATM, POS, and e-commerce.
∎ Oversee the reconciliation and settlement processes to ensure adherence.
∎ Monitor receivable and payable accounts of card division and analyze trend for financial exposer to report to seniors.
∎ Supervise the settlement and reconciliation for issuing (cardholder transactions) and acquiring (merchant transactions) as well as on-us and off-us transactions.
∎ Manage disputes related to ATM, POS, and e-commerce transactions.
