Requirements:

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Process new Credit Card for new card issuance as well as Card renewals, and replacements (debit, credit, and prepaid cards).
∎ Ensure timely personalization and delivery of cards.
∎ Maintain necessary compliance during onboarding with Central bank regulation and adherence of bank’s internal policy.
∎ Process customer requests for temporary or permanent card spending limit adjustments.
∎ Handle Customer inquiries via multiple channels such as email or in-person.
∎ Guide customers through the dispute filing process on Unauthorized or disputed transactions.
∎ Investigate and provide transactional support to identify reasons (e.g., insufficient funds, block status, or system errors).
