Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Administration of the overall functioning of the Card Management System, ensuring the system is operating efficiently.
∎ Ensure proper configuration of card products, user profiles, and related functionalities in the system.
∎ Configure and update card products parameters.
∎ New product configurations and enhancements in collaboration with business teams.
∎ Coordinate with vendors for the development and testing of new CMS functionalities or enhancements.
∎ Provide management report time to time as and when required.
