Responsibilities & Context:
∎ System Administration for the setup, configuration, and maintenance of ATM and POS systems.
∎ Ensure timely installation, deactivation, and troubleshooting of ATMs and POS terminals.
∎ Monitor the operational status of ATM/POS networks to ensure service continuity.
∎ Coordinate with vendors and service providers for software support for ATM and POS devices.
∎ Main contact for internal teams and vendors to resolve ATM/POS system issues promptly.
∎ Ensure all ATM and POS activities comply with internal policies, security standards, and regulatory requirements.
∎ Provide administrative support for customer-facing programs related to ATM/POS transactions and services.
