∎ BSc. In Electrical & Electronics Engineering/Civil Engineering
Experience Requirements:
∎ 10 to 12 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Manage all the TowerCos in delivering sites by supporting with proper baseline preparation, identifying critical deliverables with proposal of mitigation plan
∎ Defining site acquisition & construction quality standard and guideline and measurement parameter with major KPIs
∎ Ensure monitoring performance of TowerCos and internal vendors as per contractual terms and as per approved measurement parameters and KPIs
∎ Ensure quality assurance by performing audit, tests and inspection; Publish site acquisition & construction quality report
∎ Ensure handover completed sites to Operations
∎ Collaboration and ensuring timely delivery of internal stakeholders like equipment ordering and delivery, radio & transmission parameters, rent approval and monthly invoicing
∎ Lead process automation and preparation of central database to facilitate periodic acquisition and construction reporting and ensure faster rollout as per company target
∎ Take part in and prepare the yearly CapEx and OpEx budget as per Business Plan for different Budget exercise of infra rollout, fiber Operations
∎ End to end management of infrastructure rollout through towerco by preparing monthly baseline to comply master baseline, equipment availability and both internal & external (towerco) capacity
∎ Drive Control and monitoring measures to ensure maximum fiber route availability through setting quality guideline and SLA
∎ Ensuring 24x7 preventive and corrective O&M of fiber network & coordinate with vendor to ensure quality KPI & SLA of BL own and NTTN fiber routes
∎ Maintain liaison with all internal and external stakeholders (Govt. and Private entity) to ensure timely payment and smooth Optical fiber Operations
∎ Ensure all in-house and outsource resources are well trained and equipped with the requisite knowledge for infrastructure deployment and fiber operations
Additional Requirements:
∎ 10-12 years' of relevant experience in Telecom Industry
∎ Good knowledge of project management of RAN and Transmission projects.
∎ Good knowledge on Accrual, BOQ/PR/GRN, OpEx/CapEx, Budget analysis
∎ Good knowledge on Oracle ERP application
∎ Strong knowledge of Optical Fiber active and passive network
∎ Basic knowledge of ADM (Add Drop Multiplexing) and WDM
∎ Good knowledge of GSM architecture
