Responsibilities & Context:
∎ To work on strategy level to achieve overall goal of the bank as MANCOM member.
∎ To work with staff to develop strategies and plans to enhance client services, improve user effectiveness, and foster innovation.
∎ To ensure smooth and efficient delivery of process and service in a fully controlled environment considering the following factors: Risk, Quality and Time.
∎ To develop standard operating procedures and best practices, including providing written protocols and guidance to IT staff and to end-user.
∎ To keep current with the latest technologies and determine what new technology solutions and implementations will meet business and system requirements.
∎ To direct the deployment, servers, desktop devices, operating systems, telephones, enterprise software applications, and peripherals.
∎ To provide expertise during systems upgrades, installations, conversions and maintenance.
∎ To manage IT staff, including hiring, training, evaluation, guidance, discipline and discharge.
∎ To manage financial aspects of the IT Division, including purchasing, budgeting, and budget review.
∎ To develop and implement all IT policies and standard operating procedures and best practices including those for architecture, security, disaster recovery, standards, purchasing, and service provision.
∎ To lead and supervise IT relate projects initiation and delivery.
∎ To maintain close liaison with Internal customers and provide feedback in service improvement.
∎ To develop the IT staff to meet the changing needs of users, groups and offices; new projects and technologies; and varying staff strengths.
∎ Any other responsibilities as assigned by the management.
