Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor's degree in any discipline
∎ BSc/MS degree in Industrial & Production Engineering (IPE) from a reputed university will get preference.
∎ Skills Required: Ability to communicate effectively, Ability to lead and manage team, Ability to work collaboratively with cross function, Strong analytical ability

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 15 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Garment Technology, Garments Manufacturing, Garments Production, Industrial & Production Engineering, Industrial Engineering
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments, Textile

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Leading the production team for the 110 lines of production with a capacity of 2,70,000 Pcs/day.
∎ Analyse and improve manufacturing processes to enhance productivity and reduce costs.
∎ Develop and implement production methods and standards to meet quality and efficiency goals.
∎ Ensure that highest efficiency achieved, plan proper manpower per line, per floor and per section.
∎ Production line preparation and Keep liaison with various departments including printing, washing, textile and embroidery for ensuring in time production and meet the scheduled shipment.
∎ Ensure achievement of production targets and meet buyers' shipment dates with required quality.
∎ Ensure all SOPs are in place and supply chain is working without hampering production plans.
∎ Coordinate with HR, Admin & Compliance regarding various aspects or activities.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 50 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Minimum 10 years working experience in senior level management position.
∎ Certification in Lean Six Sigma or similar methodologies.
∎ Applicant should have sound knowledge on Production, IE & Quality requirements of international buyers.
∎ Expatriates are also welcome to apply for this position.
