Job Responsibilities:
∎ Design and implement IT infrastructure for newly developed units;
∎ Provide advance IT training for IT team to perform smooth IT operations;
∎ Manage Data Center to ensure central authentication service with all of our units;
∎ Configure Domain Controller, Group policy and FSRM to IT audit and compliances;
∎ Expert to maintain Domain File Server, DHCP Server, Print Server, Antivirus Server with policy implement, IP PABX system;
∎ Responsible for managing, updating & controlling microfinance web based automation software (gbanker software) & others software;
∎ Manage Virtualization environment (ESXi and Hyper-V);
∎ Good knowledge about Oracle developer and Database;
∎ Manage IT hardware e.g. RAID, SAN, NAS, scanners, printers, print server, Mobile devices/PDA/Tablet, network hardware (routers, switches, wireless access points), Server hardware (HP DL/ML, Dell Power edge, Lenovo);
∎ Manage several vendors to achieve appropriate services;
∎ Troubleshoot critical error of Laptop, Desktop, Server, Router, Switch, Wireless Router and access points;
∎ Ensure management level IT related all supports;
∎ Configuring different server in client end such as Domain Controller, Application server;
∎ Manage & update Web mail and website;
∎ Any other responsibility delegated by the Management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 40 years
∎ 8-10 years practical experience as IT Expert (Experience in Microfinance IT sector will get preference).
∎ Minimum 2 years experience as a team leader or a departmental head
Salary:
∎ Tk. 60000 - 80000 (Monthly)
∎ Negotiable for more experienced candidate
