Job Responsibilities:
∎ Head of ICC will be responsible for total administration of Internal Control and Compliance (ICC) of the bank. The Head of ICC will report his/her activities and findings to the Senior Management.
∎ He/ she will lead the ICC Department which will act as internal watchdog of the organization , will look after whether bank machineries are acting as vanguards of its assets, reputation and Depositors' interests, will oversee whether bank is following regulatory guidelines, institutional policies and procedures set by/and approved by the BoD/MANCOM covering related Laws of land and whether there is any deficiency in internal policy and procedure.
∎ He / she will be responsible for implementing and enforcing of policies, guidelines, procedures and measures regarding Internal Control & Compliance in Bank.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 40 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ At least 03 ( three ) years experience of working as Head of ICC of a Bank or At least 07 ( seven ) years experience of working in ICC Department of a Bank
∎ Applicant should have thorough knowledge of the existing act, regulations, circulars & guidelines regarding Internal Control & Compliance issued by the regulators time to time
∎ Applicant should have at least 15 years of working experience in Bank /Financial Institution
∎ Ability and willingness to work under pressure
∎ Good academic track record
∎ Candidate must have high moral character with integrity and good professional track record
∎ Candidate with CAMS Certification will be given preference
