∎ At least 5 years experience as a Head of HR/Manager in a reputed Organization preferable in Hospital.
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Arrange for Recruitment and Selection activities according to requirement
∎ Perform Orientation, Training and Development for necessitated employees
∎ Effectively implement performance management process in the organization
∎ Ensure the proper maintenance of all employees personnel file and update employee database in HR software from time to time
∎ Prepare all kinds of official letters like employee appointment letter, agreement letter, contract extension letter, discontinuation/termination/dismissal letter, experience certificate, salary certificate, note, notice etc
∎ Preserve all circulars, office memo, job advertisements, updated service charges, and Job Descriptions for all positions
∎ Perform day-to-day HR operations, including HRIS, payroll, OD, HR events etc
∎ Handling disciplinary matters, Grievance and counseling, improve employee motivation & staff engagement etc
∎ Handling Leave Management, improves employee migration, reduce absenteeism and enhance employees' peace of mind
∎ Prepare HR Manual to formulate modern HR practice in the organization and update with the latest HR trends
∎ Taking urgent measures to meet the shortage of manpower in various departments of the Organization
∎ All kinds of responsibilities are assigned by the management from time to time
