  • Must be very conversant with Labor Law, Labor Rules, and different HR Policies.


Responsibilities & Context:

Job Context:

We are looking for dynamic, energetic and experienced Head of HR & Admin in the field of its overall coordination and management of Human Resource & Admin department.

Job Description:

  • Maintain HR processes and initiatives in areas of Recruitment, Training & Development, Performance Management, and Compensation & Benefits.
  • Maintain the recruitment process by identifying candidates, performing reference checks and issuing employment contracts.
  • Continues follow-up HR & Admin activities with all the Department and ensure in-time support, coordination, and communication with the employees.
  • Ensure that quality personnel are timely on boarded as per need.
  • Communicate with the concerns departments for their needs in respect of HR, Administration & Compliance issues.
  • Formulation and implementation of policies and manuals.
  • Responsible for required all license renewal and regulatory affairs related jobs.
  • Prepare manpower planning, budgeting, TNA.
  • Ensure effective performance appraisal process
  • Implement & Develop of the effective management strategies, leading the team to create good working environment enabling everyone to work with effort & Co-operation.
  • Organization Structuring and Planning.
  • Communication with different authorities as when required.
  • Any other special assignments from Management.
