Responsibilities & Context: Job Context:
We are looking for dynamic, energetic and experienced Head of HR & Admin in the field of its overall coordination and management of Human Resource & Admin department.
Job Description:
- Maintain HR processes and initiatives in areas of Recruitment, Training & Development, Performance Management, and Compensation & Benefits.
- Maintain the recruitment process by identifying candidates, performing reference checks and issuing employment contracts.
- Continues follow-up HR & Admin activities with all the Department and ensure in-time support, coordination, and communication with the employees.
- Ensure that quality personnel are timely on boarded as per need.
- Communicate with the concerns departments for their needs in respect of HR, Administration & Compliance issues.
- Formulation and implementation of policies and manuals.
- Responsible for required all license renewal and regulatory affairs related jobs.
- Prepare manpower planning, budgeting, TNA.
- Ensure effective performance appraisal process
- Implement & Develop of the effective management strategies, leading the team to create good working environment enabling everyone to work with effort & Co-operation.
- Organization Structuring and Planning.
- Communication with different authorities as when required.
- Any other special assignments from Management.
