Educational Requirements:
∎ 4 years of Graduation or Masters in any discipline.
∎ Any other professional certification like Chartered Accountant etc. is preferred.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 12 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Spearhead formulating the framework for risk-based audit plan and strategy for internal audits, management audits and concurrent audits of head office divisions, departments, units, foreign exchange business & operation, core risk areas and subsidiaries of the bank.
∎ Carry out effective and comprehensive internal audit or investigation of the head office division/unit in an independent, objective assurance and consulting manner designed to add value and improve the bank’s operations.
∎ Ensure that audit plans are met, programs are carried out, and results of audits are promptly communicated to the Head of Audit & Inspection.
∎ Support HOICC/HOAI in driving the process improvement by standardization of the guidelines for the audit activities and implement the same. Also actively hold discussion with the senior management and audit committee for their input and address their queries.
∎ Support to Head of Audit & Inspection to prepare annual audit plan on the basis of risk based internal audit of head office divisions, departments, units, foreign exchange business & operation, core risk areas and subsidiaries of the bank and implement the same having approval of the Audit Committee of the Board.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Minimum 12 years of experience in a reputed bank/financial institution with at least 5 years in managerial level of audit department.
∎ Vast knowledge in banking laws & practice.
∎ Good understanding of audit concepts & techniques.
