Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Fashion Designing

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Working with other members of the Fashion Designing department to evaluate company needs, develop project strategies, and create visual elements for design process.
∎
∎ Speaking with the company to set goals, provide updates, receive feedback, and present the final design process.
∎
∎ Conducting research to better understand brand objectives, target markets, and industry trends.
∎
∎ Hiring, training, and supervising design staff.
∎
∎ Coordinating resources and with other departments to create a cohesive, effective design process.
∎
∎ Establishing budgets and timelines and delivering the finished design process within those parameters.
∎
∎ To correct design or process problems as they arise.
∎
∎ Ensuring that all aspects of the campaign align with the needs of the company.
∎
∎ Looking for ways to improve design department processes.
∎
∎ Managing design process from conception through to final styling.
∎
∎ Conducting market research to identify new trends, fabrics and techniques, and seeking design inspiration.
∎
∎ Collaborating with team members to select seasonal themes, make edits to line, and create new concepts.
∎
∎ Ensuring product is in agreement with business strategy.
∎
∎ Selecting proper fabrics and trims based on fashion trend.
∎
∎ Creating production sketches for development packages.
∎
∎ Collaborating with technical designer to ensure development packages are accurate.
∎
∎ Reviewing product for style and fit during presentation.
∎
∎ Presenting story, mood, color boards, and samples to buyers.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 27 to 45 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Candidate should have experienced in Fashion Designing with a demonstrated history of working in the apparel and fashion industry.
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Art & Sketch, Fashion Design, Set Design, and Special Effect (Computer Aided) Design
∎ Market Analysis, New Trends, Trend Research, Design Development, Product Development, Good sense of fashion trend; Quality and very detail oriented
∎ Strategic Leadership - ability to drive both short and long- term brand growth and profitability. Lead & Develop a team of Designers.
∎ Computer skills: Computer proficiency - particularly MS Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) & especially in adobe Photoshop and adobe illustrator & other necessary fashion designing tools.
∎ Strong communication and influence skills clear, Concise, and Persuasive in style.
∎ Exceptional organization skills required as well as the ability to proactively self-prioritize workflow based on deadlines in a fast paced, ever changing environment.
∎ Should be proactive, sincere, dynamic & result oriented.
∎ Ability to meet multiple deadlines
