Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor degree in any discipline with MBA / BSc in Engineering (CSE), PGD from BIM will get preference.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 3 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Handle Administrative activities of the organization.
∎ Processing, typing, editing, and formatting administrative reports and documents.
∎ Monitor & ensure proper security and safety measure in office.
∎ Monitor the employee attendance and take necessary action as per rule.
∎ Preparing facilities and arranging refreshments for Buyers or Guests, if required.
∎ Reporting to management and performing secretarial duties of Managing Director.
∎ Monitoring office supplies and ordering replacements.
∎ Self-motivated and able to work on their own.
∎ Manage all office equipment, including printers and photocopier, serving as point of contact for Vendors.
∎ Support IT related issues and the jobs provided by Company.
∎ Perform additional responsibilities assigned by the management as and when necessary.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ At least 3 year(s) in Office Management.
∎ Experience of Office Management in a reputed organization will be given preference.

Salary: Negotiable
