∎ Master of Science (MSc) in industrical engineering, Master of Science (MSc) in Mechanical Engineering

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Oversee complete factory operations including Production, Administration, HR, Store, Maintenance, Quality Control, Logistics, and Distribution management to meet the company sales target month by month.
∎ Lead production planning to meet monthly sales targets while ensuring optimum utilization of resources and cost efficiency.
∎ Ensure timely procurement of raw materials, packaging, spare parts, and other resources through central procurement channels.
∎ Minimize wastage, reduce costs, and maximize productivity through continuous process improvement and lean initiatives.
∎ Implement and monitor factory policies aligned with compliance, efficiency, and safety standards.
∎ Coordinate with government agencies including Titas Gas, REB, PWD, and T&T for necessary approvals and infrastructure support.
∎ Plan and execute labor management by supporting factory operations efficiently.
∎ Oversee warehouse operations and ensure stock accuracy through ERP and automated systems.
∎ Drive the use of ERP software (production and warehouse modules) for effective factory management.
∎ Analyze production data, identify bottlenecks, and implement corrective actions to resolve production-related issues.
∎ Ensure adherence to health, safety, and environmental regulations (OHS) across the facility.
∎ Generate and submit daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly operational reports to top management.
∎ Lead cost estimation for medium to large-scale projects within time and budget.
∎ Perform any other tasks assigned by the management.
