Job Responsibilities:
∎ Lead the development of Digital Product & Services Roadmaps; Design and Drive implementation of plans in line with company's Digital vision; set specific digital objectives and monitor progress
∎ Lead and Manage the digital service team and support the other digital departments to achieve common goal analyze market intelligence and develop company's Digital strategies and tactical plans
∎ Lead and Manage the Value Added Service Portfolio by managing partnerships & ensuring customer centric journeys to achieve the revenue objectives.
∎ Ensure execution of digital programs and projects as per plan, launch and ensure smooth product life cycle management for flagship digital products/services and its applications, e.g. VEON, BL Video platforms, Gaming platform/app, Banglalink apps, website etc.
∎ Partner with business leaders throughout the organization to assist them on their digital journey and business growth; Guide cross-functional teams to drive digital engagement and improve the customer experience to help establish Banglalink as a digital brand
∎ Explore and Review new technologies and trends in both local & international markets to Identify Digital Service opportunities and develop roadmaps to capitalize on them
∎ Research and maintain an understanding of customer segments, technological changes, business models and industry best practices and maintain regular communication with internal stakeholders both for new service acquisition and to ensure smooth operation of existing ones
∎ Coordinate with all internal departments & external partners to guide deployment of necessary technology platforms, customer engagement models as well as Digital Content promotion strategies
∎ Partner with product and analytics teams to synthesize complex web data, product performance and voice of customer data to form actionable insights to accelerate growth
∎ Continuously monitor and assess all Digital services performance as well as partnerships and ensure strategic alignment as per business need and drive collaboration to improve upon any identified gaps or where further opportunities for improvement exists
∎ Lead the digital product managers and build competency in the team and drive execution of the strategy with the team
∎ Ensure the team is equipped with the adequate knowledge; identify training requirements and build competency to develop resources, manage performance of direct reports through objective setting, continuous support and feedback and formal appraisal
Additional Requirements:
∎ At least 10 to 12 years working experience with at least 3-4 years of relevant experience in managing digital product & Services portfolio
∎ Required Knowledge & Skills:
∎ Expert understanding of the telecommunication industry, market and environment
∎ Sound knowledge on latest Digital platforms, technologies and best practices in both mobile and web
∎ Experience and understanding of launching successful products and digital product and App lifecycle management
∎ Experience of digital campaign performance management & analytics.
∎ Sound knowledge on digital product development, its growth and strategies retention strategies.
∎ Sound knowledge on analytics, problem solving skills and negotiation skills
∎ Experience and knowledge on digital product (app, web) development process and technologies
∎ Expertise in marketing/sales, passion for digital innovation
