Responsibilities & Context:

About the Role

You’ll lead all digital marketing initiatives to accelerate growth across multiple SaaS products. This includes owning the strategy, execution, and optimization of performance marketing, content marketing, email automation, and customer retention.
You’ll collaborate closely with the product and growth teams to ensure every marketing dollar turns into measurable traction.


Key Responsibilities

  • Design and execute go-to-market strategies for new and existing SaaS products

  • Develop and manage customer acquisition funnels through SEO, paid campaigns, and content-driven growth

  • Track and optimize key metrics such as CAC, LTV, MRR, churn, and activation rates

  • Oversee A/B testing, conversion optimization, and lifecycle marketing

  • Lead a small, results-oriented marketing team — fostering accountability and performance

  • Allocate and optimize marketing budgets to achieve predictable, scalable ROI

  • Collaborate with the founder and tech team to align marketing strategies with product goals


What We’re Looking For

  • 4+ years of proven experience growing a SaaS product from zero to sustainable subscription or revenue milestones

  • Strong background in digital acquisition, growth loops, and performance analytics

  • Experience running data-driven marketing experiments with clear ROI tracking

  • Deep understanding of SaaS metrics, pricing models, and customer journeys

  • Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills

  • Hands-on experience with marketing tools (HubSpot, GA4, Meta Ads, Google Ads, etc.)
