Experience:

• At least 5 years

• Bachelor/Honors

• 5+ years of proven experience in SEO (agency or SaaS background preferred)
• Strong understanding of EEAT, topical authority, and semantic SEO
• Solid grasp of technical SEO, site architecture, and schema implementation
• Experience with content strategy, link-building, and local SEO
• Excellent analytical, leadership, and communication skills
• Familiar with automation tools (like n8n, Make.com, or Zapier) is a plus

We BitChip Digital are looking for a Senior SEO Expert (Team Lead) who can plan, execute, and manage comprehensive SEO strategies that drive measurable results. You’ll lead a talented SEO team, oversee technical and content optimization efforts, and ensure growth across our SaaS brands and client websites.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of SEO specialists, content strategists, and outreach executives
• Develop and implement advanced on-page, off-page, and technical SEO strategies
• Conduct in-depth keyword research and competitor analysis for multiple niches
• Manage large-scale link-building and digital PR campaigns
• Work closely with developers, designers, and marketers to ensure SEO best practices
• Audit websites using tools like Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, and Google Search Console
• Track and report performance metrics, traffic, and ROI improvements
• Stay updated with Google algorithm updates and SEO trends
