∎ Masters / Bachelor degree in any discipline
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 12 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Build and manage the digital credit business using the TallyKhata platform for small businesses
∎ Work with product team to develop suitable digital credit products for the micro-enterprise sector using digital processes and credit scoring model
∎ Design and develop a digital credit business strategy, execution plan and process including application, assessment, underwriting, repayment collection and delinquency management
∎ Design and implement process and system for regulatory audit and compliance for the credit business
∎ Build, train and manage the digital credit team including underwriting and field operations
Additional Requirements:
∎ Minimum 12 years of experience of working in NBFIs and/or banks
∎ Minimum 5 years of experience as senior positions for credit risk management
∎ Strong foundation and experience in credit risk management including creditworthiness and risk assessment, credit modeling, new product design, portfolio performance analysis and optimization
∎ Strong experience in field level credit risk assessment and lending, and management of large credit portfolio preferably in msME sector
∎ Experience of leading and managing credit risk management team
∎ Knowledge in credit regulations and regulatory compliance for credit products
∎ Passion and appetite to work in the fast-paced financial technology environment and build a profitable credit business
∎ Willing to build innovative digital credit products using financial and alternate data, and digital credit scoring
∎ Willing to build a digital credit business for micro and small enterprise sectors with creative risk management and growth strategies
∎ Strong interpersonal and communication skills
