• Extensive experience in software development within the fintech industry, with a strong understanding of financial products, services, and regulatory frameworks.

• Experience with agile methodologies (e.g., Scrum), driving iterative development cycles, and promoting adaptability.

• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively engage with internal and external stakeholders at all levels of the organization.

• Demonstrated proficiency in technical writing, including the preparation of documentation such as software requirements, design specifications, API documentation, and user guides.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on driving continuous improvement and operational excellence in software development processes and practices.

• Drive software development initiatives across multiple teams and phases, ensuring delivery of high-quality products/projects on time and within budget.

• Recruit, mentor, and lead software developers, engineers, and quality assurance members, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.

• Develop robust software architectures based on requirements and industry best practices, minimizing technical and schedule risks.

• Collaborate closely with stakeholders, including product managers, business analysts, and compliance experts, to understand market needs, regulatory constraints, and customer feedback, ensuring alignment between technology and business objectives.

• Participate in strategic planning for the development of new products, technologies, and intellectual properties, leveraging deep domain expertise in the financial services industry.

• Provide technical leadership and guidance in project estimation, resource allocation, and risk management, leveraging data-driven insights to optimize development processes and maximize ROI.

• Assist the business team in project estimation and planning by understanding customer requirements and providing technical insights.
