∎ Minimum graduate in Business, Economics, Bank Management or related subject from any reputed Public/Private/Foreign University with good academic track record
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 10 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop and grow Digital Financial Services including Agent Banking Service
∎ Establish and manage strategic alliances/partnerships with digital platform companies, telecommunications, mobile financial service companies, etc.
∎ Set up a new business channel based on digital & IT technology (Internet Banking, Mobile Banking, Agent Banking System, ATM, etc.)
∎ Prepare documents to apply for a new business license to Bangladesh Bank and other government institutions
∎ Execute marketing strategies to expand new channels for Internet Banking, Mobile Banking, Agent Banking, etc.
∎ Launch a retail banking deposit / loan product by identifying unmet needs of retail customers
∎ Report digital banking trends and business performance to HQ office in Korea
Additional Requirements:
∎ The candidate must have at least Ten (10) years relevant working experience in Digital Business Department and Agent Banking Department
∎ Sound knowledge in digital & agent banking, general banking and Bangladesh Bank digital & agent banking prudential guideline etc.
∎ Well conversant with Bank Companies Act, Bangladesh Bank Circulars & Guidelines, market risks, financial instruments, IIA Standards, etc.
∎ Strong digital & IT Knowledge
∎ Strong financial skills to analyze cost & benefit forecasts.
∎ Leadership quality with adequate ability to manage, coach and mentor people
