Educational Requirements:
∎ Master of Business Administration (MBA) in HR, Master of Business Management from a recognized university with excellent academic results with emphasis on management in a business administration/business studies
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 10 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ To ensure smooth and systematic HR issues as per Company Policy.
∎ HR Planning and Development - Selection, Recruitment, Placement, Orientation, and Induction.
∎ Management of staff transition - Probation, confirmation, increment, transfers
∎ Monitor HR support in office and staff performance.
∎ Establish the function and responsibilities of the staff.
∎ Be responsible for staff performance by counseling and disciplining employees, planning monitoring and appraising results.
∎ To liaison with local governmental and non-governmental offices.
∎ Maintenance of all documentation as per the Bangladesh Law requirement.
∎ To assist and coordinate with the Compliance Team on a regular basis.
∎ To update manpower status on a daily basis.
∎ Monitor daily attendance, absence, and leave.
∎ To prepare personnel files of all personnel and follow-up.
∎ Handling of discipline, grievance, and any other related issues along with relevant authorities.
∎ Leading and motivating subordinates.
∎ Ensure accountability and transparency at all levels of business operations.
∎ To take account of all HR-related expenditures and settle all types of bills.
∎ To ensure and implement any instruction/order of the Board/Chairman/Managing Director.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 40 years

∎ Post Graduate Diploma in Human Resource Management (PGDHRM)
