Educational Requirements:
∎ Minimum Graduation, Preferably from Engineering
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 10 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Buyer handing, Buying House, Denim items, Marketing and merchandising, Woven Merchandiser
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Capable of new Business Development & Promotion with fresh Buyer;
∎ Capable of Marketing, New Buyer Development, Order Procurement and Communicate with buyers regarding Capacity booking, Order taking, and sub-contract;
∎ Skill in costing, production planning, and having technical knowledge. Able to line booking for round the year at any situation & run the factory independently;
∎ Strong capability to handle quantitative analysis, Buyer correspondence, any Merchandising file of an order starting from new development to shipment of goods;
∎ Keep liaison with Buyer for all the merchandising activities like order booking, processing, order follow up & export planning;
∎ Strong capability of Team Building & Team Management
∎ Lead all concerned parties with a view to ensure timely execution and shipments of order;
∎ Have to focus more on Marketing and Business Development;
∎ Work closely and leading a team with in house UK, Asian, Oceania to meet Buyer's needs.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 40 to 45 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Strong communication and interpersonal skills in both written and oral;
∎ Good in MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, MS Word & Outlook
∎ Sound knowledge about Denim Merchandising terms and conditions;
∎ Good verbal and written communication skills in both Bengali and English;
∎ Good analytical and presentation skill;
∎ Attitude to work with Team & Leadership Skills.
∎ Good in number & Computer skill.
Salary: Tk. 150000 - 200000 (Monthly)
