Job Responsibilities:
∎ Improve customer service experience, create engaged customers and facilitate organic growth
∎ Take ownership of customer’s issues and follow problems through to resolution
∎ Set a clear mission and deploy strategies focused towards that mission
∎ Develop service procedures, policies and standards
∎ Keeping & supervise accurate records and document customer service actions and discussions
∎ Analyze statistics and compile accurate reports
∎ Keep ahead of industry’s developments and apply best practices to areas of improvement
∎ Control resources and utilize assets to achieve qualitative and quantitative targets
∎ Adhere to and manage the approved budget
∎ Maintain an orderly workflow according to priorities
∎ Ensure regular follow up of overdue customers via phone calls.
∎ Perform any job/task assigned by authority.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 40 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Job experience in the Insurance/Telecom industries will get preference.
∎ Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
∎ Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.
∎ Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
∎ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
∎ Ability to prioritize tasks and to delegate them when appropriate.
∎ Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.
∎ Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
∎ Knowledge and experience in supervision of customer care/service department is mandatory.
∎ Creativity & Innovation.
