Job Responsibilities:
∎ Provide inspirational leadership to the sales team, setting clear objectives, and driving a culture of high performance and accountability.
∎ Develop and implement effective group sales strategies to maximize revenue and market share
∎ Mentor & motivate a high-performing group sales team to meet sales target.
∎ Identify and pursue new business opportunities, expanding the client base for group sales though ethical means.
∎ Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key clients, ensuring exceptional service and satisfaction.
∎ Regular sit one-on-one with team members to review performance, progress, and sales target.
∎ Coordinate with the cross functional teams to ensure proper client support and services.
∎ Reporting regularly to Head of Business and Management as per requirement.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 45 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and implement successful sales strategies.
∎ Proven experience in corporate/group sales management, with a track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
∎ Experience in the field of Microinsurance & Alternative Distribution Channels
∎ Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
∎ Well experienced in reputed Life Insurance Industry will get preference.
