Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Develop and execute comprehensive strategies aligned with the company's vision and goals for Individual/Retail business, Group/Corporate business, Bancassurance, Microinsurance, Alternative Distribution Channels (ADC) and training.
∎ Provide visionary leadership to the team, fostering a culture of excellence, innovation, and collaboration to achieve organizational objectives and business targets.
∎ Identify market trends, customer needs, and growth opportunities in the Individual/Retail Business, Group/Corporate Business, Bancassurance, Microinsurance, Alternative Distribution Channels (ADC) and training.
∎ Formulate and implement initiatives to expand market presence, enhance product offerings, and establish strategic partnerships to drive revenue growth and market share across respective distribution channels.
∎ Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, brokers, financial institutions, and regulatory authorities, to foster trust, collaboration, and business continuity.
∎ Act as a primary point of contact for resolving escalated issues, addressing client concerns, and negotiating contracts to ensure mutual satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
∎ Establish Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and metrics to assess the performance and effectiveness of business operations across Individual/Retail Business, Group/Corporate Business, Bancassurance, Microinsurance, Alternative Distribution Channels (ADC) and training.
∎ Conduct regular performance reviews, analyze data insights, and generate actionable recommendations to drive continuous improvement, mitigate risks, and capitalize on emerging opportunities.
∎ Recruit, onboard, and develop a high-performing team of insurance professionals with diverse skills and expertise in the respective department.
∎ Provide coaching, mentorship, and professional development opportunities to nurture talent, foster career growth, and promote a culture of continuous learning and excellence.
