Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Calculate and Prepare Premium bills.
∎ Share Premium Refund Note.
∎ Group Medical Underwriting.
∎ Quarterly Provide Reinsurance data.
∎ Replying to clients’ queries by letter.
∎ e-mail, or phone.
∎ Review and inform clients about FCL issues.
∎ Visit Client.
∎ Claim Query.
∎ Prepare monthly, quarterly & yearly data for IDRA.
∎ Share Monthly Information Package (MIP) Report.
∎ Prepare Agreement & Endorsement.
∎ Sent Renewal Letter and monthly Reminder e-mails to clients.
∎ Due Collection follow-up.
∎ Preserve Group Master file & documents.
∎ Provide Mobile No. for Healthcare.
∎ Any other task assigned by Management.
∎ Premium Bills:
∎ Calculate and Prepare Premium bills.

∎ Underwriting & Actuary:
∎ Group Medical Underwriting.
∎ Quarterly Provide Reinsurance data.
∎ Client Communication:
∎ Replying to clients’ queries by letter.

∎ Cross-Functional Activity:
∎ Claim Query.
