Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Accounts
∎ • Ensure the accuracy and timeliness of financial record-keeping.
∎ • Review invoices, vouchers, receipts, and process payments.
∎ • Maintaining Books of Accounts
∎ • Manage petty cash transactions.
∎ • Assist in the preparation of Financial Statements, VAT, TAX, Audit reports, etc. for management review.
∎ • Conduct bank and premium reconciliation.
∎ • Maintain communication with the Income Tax office and VAT office.
∎ • Ensure the proper deduction of VDS and TDS in accordance with government regulations and timely deposits in government funds.

∎ • Manage and analyze investment portfolios.
∎ • Conduct market research to identify potential investment opportunities.
∎ • Develop and implement investment strategies to optimize returns.
∎ • Collaborate with the investment team to assess and manage risks.
∎ • Prepare investment reports and presentations for stakeholders.
