∎ Profound proficiency of Ocean Freight - Customer Service & Operations
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Lead CRM and Operation Team of Ocean Freight·
∎ Key account Specially USA Biz & customer handling.
∎ Overall Operation Plan, Consolidation plan for CFS & follow up·
∎ Corresponding with overseas agents regarding operation & documentation.
∎ Keep liaison with carriers, taking care of rate queries, negotiation with counterparts·
∎ New Business Implementation, Set up SOP & guide to Team for smooth handling·
∎ Control FMC rate filing and approve invoicing·
∎ Follow up Team activities & distribute job to serve customer on time.
∎ Other assigned work by the supervisor as and when required.

We are looking for a dedicated person to fill up the above position & The KEY Job Responsibilities will be:·
