∎ Candidate should have BBA/MBA degree in Business discipline from any recognized University.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 10 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Guide the Credit Analyst team
∎ Review of all loan proposals
∎ Project visit to evaluate the business
∎ Finalize the Credit Risk Grading (CRG)
∎ Finalize the credit proposal, recommend appropriate finance amount and conditions to the approving authority
∎ Ensure standard Turn Around Time (TAT) of loans processing are met
∎ Review of the Portfolio on a periodic basis
∎ Ensure timely implementation of Internal/external Audit feedback
∎ Regularly updating relevant Credit policy
∎ Any other responsibilities as and when required by the management
Additional Requirements:
∎ Experience: Minimum 10(Ten) years of working experience in any reputed NBFI/Bank with 2 years as Head /Deputy Head of CRM.
∎ Good spoken and written command in English language.
∎ Sound Knowledge in Microsoft-Office and other basic operations of computer.
∎ Analytical and problem solving skills.
∎ Should possess positive attitude & team spirit.
∎ Ability to work under pressure and to achieve set target.
∎ Ability to perform and prioritize multiple tasks.
