Educational Requirements:
∎ Masters in Relevant field from reputed university with good academic result
∎ Bachelors in relevant field from reputed university with good academic result
∎ HSC & SSC CGPA 4.8 & Above will be considered
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 15 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Visit & resolve problems in floor for time to time regarding any kind of compliance adherence.
∎ Check & review all kinds of compliance related activities by the cross functional department.
∎ Conduct internal compliance audit to all respective department.
∎ Provide guidance to team members to Hazard Identification & do needful Risk Assessment.
∎ Ensure proper support for third party compliance audit team.
∎ Develop compliance policy & procedure as per update trend & requirements.
∎ All Layout plan update and approval.
∎ Monitor assigned task & activities of compliance team member.
∎ Check & monitor all kinds of third-party certificate, factory licence & documentation update regarding factory compliance.
∎ Visit factory premise to identify and resolve any gaps or mismatch related with the compliance requirement issues.
∎ Coordinate with production team for Compliance development.
∎ Communicate with buyer regarding any requirements & update of compliance rules & regulation along with factory status.
∎ Keep communication with external stakeholder.
∎ Report compliance update & activity status to concern reporting head.
∎ Conduct training & awareness to the employees to understand compliance as per guidelines.
∎ Participate in buyers meeting, programme & seminar related with factory compliance.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 35 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Demonstrated leadership ability proven by work experience
∎ Proven track record in improving Compliance communications both internally and externally
∎ Well conversant with Bangladesh Labor Act 2006, all Amendments and Rules is a mandatory requirement
∎ Should have extensive exposure in resolving Accord & Alliance issues and in-depth knowledge of their standards
∎ Adaptable, pro-active, innovative and must be able to work under pressure independently
∎ Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
∎ Proven track record in people management skills
∎ In-depth knowledge on Microsoft Office Packages (PowerPoint, Word, Excel)
