Educational Requirements:
∎ Minimum Graduation in any discipline from a reputed university having no 3rd class in his / her academic career.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 10 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop, review, and improve administrative systems, policies, and procedures.
∎ Supervise & Monitor day-to-day operations of the Division.
∎ Maintain efficient and transparent procurement processes as per policy.
∎ To support Bank's CapEx & OpEx Items' procurement in an efficient and cost effective way.
∎ Taking necessary steps for opening new branch as per requirement.
∎ Ensure safety & physical control of all security and printing stationary.
∎ Oversee special projects and tracking progress towards company goals.
∎ Take initiative to make office more cost effective and review processes for cost saving.
∎ Maintain Liaison with stakeholders of the Bank.
∎ Any other job/instruction as and when assigned by the Management of the Bank.

Additional Requirements:
∎ At least 10-15 years 'experience in Bank.
∎ Experience in related filed will be given preference.
∎ Able to handle highly complex operating environments.
∎ Strong decision-making, analytical and interpersonal communication skills.
