∎ Minimum Graduation in any discipline having no 3rd class in academic career

Experience Requirements:
∎ 10 to 16 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Plan, organize & manage business for Modhumoti Cards.
∎ Research market data to identify target market.
∎ Explore new business opportunities in current and potential markets.
∎ Maintain/establish effective business relationship with the Bank’s existing/potential customers.
∎ Achieve annual business target.
∎ Expand the horizon of EMI partners, discount partners and make agreement with them.
∎ Monitor competitors’ activities closely and develop effective strategy to be competitive in the Card market.
∎ Any other work / responsibility as and when assigned by the supervisor or Management of the Bank.

Additional Requirements:
∎ 10-16 years’ experience in Bank especially in Card Business / Sales.
∎ Fresh Candidates need not to apply.
∎ Candidates having break of services need not to apply.
∎ Sound knowledge on MS Package – Word, Excel, Power Point etc.
∎ Must have customer focused attitude.
∎ Must have strong communication skills.
∎ Should have good Leadership and Team building skills.
