Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensure and improve positive sales, service delivery and customer experience of Credit Card business, ensuring revenue and market share growth.
∎ Monitor sales team performance ensuring Card sales are within rules & regulatory boundaries and oversee personal development of the team.
∎ Ensure the proper intra- department co-ordination.

Additional Requirements:
∎ At least 10 years of relevant work experience preferably in a reputed bank/financial institution
∎ Good at networking and maintaining relationship
∎ Ability to handle complex situation
∎ Target oriented with Multi tasking ability
∎ Perfect verbal and written communication skills
