Job Responsibilities:
∎ Developing and managing the business team
∎ Setting up goals, targets, strategies, policies and business regulations
∎ Products & services analysis
∎ Operations, business planning, budget development
∎ Knowing the market and the competitors' position
∎ Fixing the price of products and services analysing the market
∎ Adding values to products and services
∎ Developing the startup
∎ Research and develop clients
∎ Planning and setting the marketing and sales direction and strategy
∎ Coordinating with other departments of the organization
∎ Other responsibilities as assigned by the management
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 38 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Entrepreneurial attitude with great interest for the online businesses
∎ Self-motivated and initiated to work with start up
∎ Leadership skills
∎ Possessing a very positive attitude
∎ Must be a Smart Thinker

Salary: Tk. 40000 - 50000 (Monthly)
