Skills Required:

Additional Requirements:
  • Experience: 5–7 years total, including 5 years of direct engagement with Government Engineers and Heads of Procuring Entities in EPC/Electromechanical.

  • Project Exposure: Hands-on delivery of electromechanical projects; direct involvement in government projects preferred.

  • Impact: Proven specification influence (spec-in), value engineering, and relationship-led wins; provide references/case studies.

Skills:

  • Executive relationship building & negotiation with government stakeholders.

  • Technical storytelling, objection handling; converts complex topics into clear value.

  • Strong documentation & presentations; fluent in Bangla & English.

  • Funnel ownership & forecasting discipline.

  • Meeting-to-action rigor (clear MoM, owners, timelines); governance minded (PPA/PPR ethics).

Job Responsibilities:

  • Map decision chains across BPDB, PWD, RAJUK, EED, LGED, DESCO,DPDC, BEPZA, WASA, City Corporations and major private clients; maintain senior-level relationships and trust.

  • Track procurement plans, concept notes, and upcoming work programs.

  • Build and own the sales funnel and forecasts; coordinate with Tender Cell for handoff on live bids.

  • Create and manage a healthy sales pipeline for both existing services and new product introductions.

  • Identify new market opportunities and develop strategies to penetrate them.

  • Achieve assigned annual sales targets and contribute to the company`s growth objectives.

  • Represent GESS BD at industry forums, seminars, expos; drive credibility via case studies and reference letters.
