∎ B.Sc in CSc/ CSE or BBA in MIS
Experience Requirements:
∎ 10 to 15 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Manage and supervise business analysis and performance evaluation with actionable insights and recommendations to enable informed & precise decision making via connecting different organizations and initiatives
∎ Lead and empower stakeholders and organization with business insights & hidden meaning of information to make data driven business decisions
∎ Plan and structure strategic dashboards for right visualization of information with right context for leadership, vertical heads and operating teams
∎ Identify, furnish and give 360 view of customer life cycle
∎ Be the expert in using data to measure and analyses business performance in each our markets and lines of business
∎ Organize and ensuring right time insights & information feeding for building and monitoring overall business strategy
∎ Identify growth opportunities and aligning the prescriptive insights for Sales, Distribution, product, pricing and CVM activities
∎ Demonstrate strong stakeholder management and delivery management skills to manage cross-functional teams from the relevant departments and partners for growth strategy and roadmap development
Additional Requirements:
∎ 10+ years of experience including 6 years in a relevant field
∎ Required Capabilities
∎ Demonstrate strong analytical and storytelling skills and the ability to find relevant stories by connecting 360
∎ Strong knowledge in RDBMS technologies, MS Excel and PowerPoint
∎ Expert in handling large data, cleansing & preparation for structure data modeling
∎ Strong knowledge in Reporting & Business Analysis
∎ Strong knowledge on Telecom industry value chain, insight and dynamics
∎ Business Communication and presentation skill
∎ Demonstrated knowledge of analytical/statistical techniques and their applications
∎ Ability to engage cross functional team to understand business problems/requirements and convert the same into modeling for solution development
∎ Demonstrate strong interpersonal and interacting skills with cross functional team and management
∎ Demonstrated excellent communications skills, both written and spoken, as well as being able to explain complex technical concepts in simple manner
∎ Knowledge of data visualization tools (Micro Strategy, Tableau, Power BI etc.)
∎ Ability to manage specific tasks to completion with minimal direction
