Job Context

The Bank is seeking an experienced Artificial Intelligence (AI) professional to lead its AI Unit. The position requires expertise in AI, deep learning, neuro-linguistic programming (NLP), chatbots, robotics, and related fields to drive innovation, improve business outcomes, and ensure responsible deployment of AI solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead AI development projects, including design and implementation of machine learning models, deployment of AI solutions, and providing technical leadership.

• Establish policies, processes, and governance mechanisms to ensure AI systems are deployed responsibly, safely, and ethically.

• Manage and mentor cross-functional teams to identify and implement AI-driven solutions that create significant business impact.

• Analyze, explain, and evaluate AI/ML solutions while upholding the highest ethical standards.

• Collaborate on functional design, process design (scenario design, flow mapping), prototyping, testing, training, and defining support procedures.

• Document solutions architecture and lessons learned for continuous improvement.

• Conduct market and competitor assessments of AI and automation trends.

• Serve as liaison between stakeholders and project teams, enabling product and performance enhancements through feedback and innovation.
