∎ Bachelor degree in any discipline

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 10 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Manage day-to-day Agent Banking activities by establishing controls and ensuring smooth operations.
∎ Develop and implement strategic plans for optimizing Agent banking channels.
∎ Prepare and submit MIS (Management Information System) and regulatory reports as required.
∎ Expand the Agent Network in accordance with the Agent Banking acquisition policy.
∎ Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and manage risks associated with Agent Banking operations.
∎ Oversee technology and systems management to support efficient Agent Banking operations.
∎ Provide support services to Agents and address any issues or concerns promptly.
∎ Conduct daily settlement and reconciliation processes to ensure accurate financial transactions.
∎ Handle customer complaints and manage dispute resolution effectively.
∎ Foster collaboration and manage relationships with stakeholders, including regulatory authorities and partners.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 30 years
∎ 10 to 12 years' experience in Bank.
∎ Must have strong analytical, presentation and communication skills.
∎ Strong understanding of Agent Banking concepts, regulations, and industry best practices.
∎ Experience in strategic planning and channel optimization to enhance Agent Banking services.
∎ Ability to develop and execute expansion strategies for Agent Networks while adhering to acquisition policies.
∎ In-depth knowledge of compliance and risk management in Agent Banking operations.
∎ Excellent leadership and team management skills to oversee Agent Support Services effectively.
∎ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to conduct daily settlement and reconciliation processes.
