• Minimum 5 years of experience in an actuarial role within the life insurance sector.

• Proficiency with actuarial software and tools is preferred.

• Strong skills in statistical and financial modeling.

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

• Conduct actuarial valuations and risk assessments for life insurance products.

• Develop and maintain pricing models for new and existing insurance policies/Products.

• Analyze financial data to ensure company solvency and compliance with regulatory requirements.

• Provide recommendations for product design and premium structures based on market research.

• Collaborate with underwriters, data analysts, and senior management to align actuarial strategies with business objectives.

• Prepare reports for internal and external stakeholders, including regulators.

• Monitor trends in mortality, morbidity, and investment returns to enhance actuarial assumptions.

• Analyze statistical data and expenses to forecast future risks and liabilities.

• Develop and refine life insurance products to meet market demands and regulatory requirements.

• Monitor and evaluate financial performance to ensure long-term sustainability.
