∎ Masters/Diploma in Actuarial Science.
∎ Must have passed at least 1-3 actuarial exams conducted by recognized bodies such as the Institute and Faculty of Actuaries (IFoA), UK, SOA.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Conduct actuarial valuations and risk assessments for life insurance products.
∎ Develop and maintain pricing models for new and existing insurance policies/Products.
∎ Analyze financial data to ensure company solvency and compliance with regulatory requirements.
∎ Provide recommendations for product design and premium structures based on market research.
∎ Collaborate with underwriters, data analysts, and senior management to align actuarial strategies with business objectives.
∎ Prepare reports for internal and external stakeholders, including regulators.
∎ Monitor trends in mortality, morbidity, and investment returns to enhance actuarial assumptions.
∎ Analyze statistical data and expenses to forecast future risks and liabilities.
∎ Develop and refine life insurance products to meet market demands and regulatory requirements.
∎ Monitor and evaluate financial performance to ensure long-term sustainability.
∎ Advise management on risk management and investment strategies.
