Educational Requirements:
∎ Minimum Graduation in any discipline having no 3rd class in academic career.
∎ IT Graduation and certifications will get preference.

∎ 6 to 10 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Discussing potential projects and their parameters with internal and external stakeholder (i.e. Product Manager), software developers and risk management.
∎ Planning out the blueprints for technology projects, including defining the scope, allocating resources, setting deadlines, laying out communication strategies, and indicating tests and maintenance.
∎ Assembling and leading the project team.
∎ Participating in and supervising each stage of the project.
∎ Ensuring each project stays on schedule with quality and adheres to the deadlines.
∎ Creating a project budget and ensuring the project adheres to the budget as closely as possible.
∎ Determining and overseeing consistent testing, evaluation, and troubleshooting of the product(s) in all stages of completion.
∎ Tracking milestones, deliverables, and change requests.
∎ Serving as a liaison to communicate information with product team regarding changes, milestones reached, and other pertinent information.
∎ Delivering solutions as per plan to team and performing regular checks on the projects performance.
∎ Delivering reports to CITO, Senior Management to provide insight into the overall efficiency of the organization
Additional Requirements:
∎ 6-10 Years' experience Bank.
∎ Fresh Candidates need not to apply.
∎ Candidates having break of services need not to apply.
∎ Sound knowledge on MS Package - Word, Excel, Power Point etc.
∎ Should be dedicated and career focused.
∎ Must have strong analytical, presentation and communication skills.
∎ Should have good Leadership and Team building skills.
