Responsibilities & Context:
We are looking for an experienced and passionate Head Chef – Bakery & Pastry to lead our bakery and pastry production team. The candidate will be responsible for menu development, product quality, recipe standardization, production planning, team supervision, and maintaining hygiene and food safety standards.
The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience in bakery, pastry, cakes, desserts, breads, cookies, and café-style food production.
