Job Context:
∎ Duty Station: Mymensingh, Khulna, Barishal, Sylhet, Rangpur, Rajshahi, Chattogram, Cox`sBazar and Dhaka urban.
∎ Contract Duration: 11.5 Months
∎ Number of Vacancies: 8 (Eight)
∎ Contract Type: Contract with E-Zone
∎ Contract Start Date: 1st October, 2021
∎ Reporting to: CP specialist-Harmful Practices (first supervisor) UN Agency Dhaka
Additional Requirements:
∎ At least 5 years' working experience in the development sectors
∎ Candidates having experience of working in adolescent programmes including working as Peer Leaders (PLs) in the adolescent clubs will be preferred
∎ Demonstrate strong competencies in drive for results, communication and working with people. Knowledge of the adolescent empowerment programmes is essential
∎ Experience in working with government counterparts and civil society organizations will be an asset
∎ Excellent communication and presentation skills on programmatic perspectives in Bangla & English
∎ Fluency in Bangla and English required
∎ Willingness to travel frequently, including hard to reach and remote areas
Salary:
∎ The Consultant BDT 70,000.00 per month consolidated.
The Consultant will be responsible to pay all taxes as per government rules and regulations. E-Zone will make statutory deductions towards income tax as per government rules and regulations.
