Educational Requirements:
∎ Diploma in Computer Engineering/ B.Sc in Computer Science & Engineering.
∎ Preference will be given to those who have Diploma/ Certified course in IT infrastructure & networking.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 2 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Provide user support through user generated tickets.
∎ Networking support/ Network troubleshooting.
∎ Hardware Maintenance (mostly desktop and laptop servicing).
∎ Software Installation.
∎ Installation, configuration and support computer hardware, software, network printer and scanners.
∎ Hardware troubleshooting such as PC/ Laptop/ Printer & UPS.
∎ Regular update of operating systems, application software, services packs and security patches etc.
∎ Maintaining inventory of hardware and software.
∎ Other IT related job as per management requirement.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 27 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Able to work under pressure & emergency schedules such as night shifts, during holidays, etc.
Salary: Tk. 25000 (Monthly)
