Shall be well versed in Microsoft and Linux Operating systems.
Hands-on experience with computer hardware, applications, LAN and troubleshooting.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Self-starter, self-motivated, independent, and proactive.
Able to work under pressure on multiple projects concurrently.
Responsibilities & Context:
Install and configure computer hardware, software, networks and applications.
Continuously monitor and maintain systems and networks.
Diagnose and troubleshoot system and network problems, software faults or hardware complications.
Provide assistance for technical issues through support calls and convey the solution in a clear and concise manner.
Provide support during roll-out of new applications.
Keep a record of issues, along with solutions, to refer back to in future instances.
Maintain inventory of all IT assets (e.g. PCs, Laptop, Printer, IP Phone etc).
