🛠️ Job Description

We are looking for an Entry-Level Hardware Engineer to join our technical team. You will be responsible for installing and servicing our hardware devices on customer sites and ensuring smooth system operation.

This is a field and office-based role ideal for someone eager to learn, travel during the day, and gain real-world experience in IoT and automation technologies.

🔍 Key Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and test Fuelmatix hardware systems

• Troubleshoot and repair devices both remotely and onsite

• Work with ESP32 microcontrollers and RS485 communication protocols

• Assist in field deployment and hardware commissioning

• Maintain accurate logs of installation and service visits

• Coordinate with software and support teams for integrated solutions

• Help train station operators on using our systems (as needed)

🎓 Preferred Qualifications

• Diploma or B.Sc. in Electrical, Electronics, or Computer Engineering

• Basic knowledge of ESP32, microcontrollers, or IoT devices

• Understanding of RS485 or similar communication interfaces

• Ability to work with tools and wiring confidently

• Willingness to travel locally during the day (Dhaka & nearby areas)

• Good communication in Bangla (English is a plus)

💰 Salary & Conditions

• Starting salary: ৳15,000/month

• Probation period: 3 months

• After probation, your performance will be reviewed and salary will be evaluated accordingly

• Office location: Mohakhali, Dhaka

• Field travel required (transport provided/reimbursed)
